Terms of Service

This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice. By logging in or buying anything through this site, you agree to the points below.

The store

• Shop items are priced and paid for in the bot's in-Discord virtual currency, earned by using the bot in Discord — that currency has no cash value and can't be exchanged for real money.
• Items are delivered by the bot automatically (for example, granting a Discord role) at the time of purchase. If delivery fails, we refund the currency, not real money, since none was collected for a currency purchase.
• Prices, items, and availability can change at any time without notice.

Membership & subscriptions

• Membership is only available through this site, billed and processed by Stripe — not the bot's in-Discord currency, and not purchasable inside Discord itself.
• Monthly and annual tiers are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.
• You can cancel any time via the link in your Stripe receipt email, or by asking the server owner. Canceling stops future renewals — it doesn't retroactively refund time already paid for, except where required by law or offered at the owner's discretion.
• Membership perks (e.g. a Discord role) are granted automatically when Stripe confirms payment, and revoked automatically if a subscription lapses or is refunded.
• Prices and what a tier includes can change going forward; we won't change what you already paid for retroactively.

Refunds

• First-time purchases (any tier, including Lifetime) can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of the original charge.
• After that window, renewal charges (monthly/annual) aren't refunded for time already elapsed — cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged again.
• We don't issue refunds for suspected fraud, chargebacks/payment disputes, or abuse of the fair-use terms below.
• To request a refund, contact the server owner or use the site's support chat with your account email or order details.
• This policy doesn't limit any refund right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Your account

• You log in with your own Discord account. Don't use someone else's account or credentials to buy something here.
• You're responsible for anything purchased while logged in as you.

Fair use

• Don't try to exploit, automate, or abuse the store, the bot's currency system, or the login flow.
• We can suspend access to the store or reverse a purchase if we reasonably believe it resulted from a bug, exploit, or bad-faith use.

No warranty

Aegis and this site are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the bot, the site, or the store.

Changes

We may update these terms as the bot and site change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
